All trade activity for Trade dates of Jan 1st through December 31st for a given year are included.
Cboe Digital defines the Trade date as trade activity which happens at or after 16:00 CT on one calendar day up until 16:00 CT of the next calendar day.
For example:
A trade on Jan 1st at 12:23 pm CT is considered a trade on the Jan 1st Trade date.
A trade on Dec 31st at 2:00 pm CT is considered a trade on the Dec 31st trade date.
A trade on Dec 31st at 7:00pm CT is considered a trade on the Jan 1st trade date of the following year.
